Description:

The tourism bonus for having monopoly in Monopoly Mode is absurdly high and hugely influence the normal game procedure. Therefore comes the anti-monopoly, this will make the monopoly unable to reach (even if having 100% control), and rule out the absurd tourism bonus.

P.S. There is no interface for changing the way to calculate the tourism bonus in a convenient way.

Appendix.

The formula for the tourism bonus:
1. First assume you only have one resource taking monopoly, which is X out of Y. And assume there is N civilizations other than the player.
Then there would be a tourism bonus of value BONUS = 3% * N * X towards EVERY other civilization.
For example, you control Furs 8 out of 10, in a standrad map size (which is 7 other players), then the bonus would be 168%.
2. Then assume you have multiple monopoly resources (Let’s say, C numbers), then one of them would be picked as standard by some rules (not figured out yet), and the total bonus would be C * BONUS, while the BONUS is being calculated by the standard one being picked.
3. NOTE: At the beginning when Monopoly mode being released, it was 5% instead of 3% for each copy of resource in the formula above.
