This mod Add Nikita Khrushchev as a new USSR leader. Requires JFD’s Soviet Union Civ Pack.

Leader UA: Worker’s Union

Your Mine, Quarry, Lumber mill and Oil well get bonus from adjecent district: +1 Gold from Harbor, +1 Production from Industrial zone, +1 Science from Campus, +1 Culture from Theater. Same District bonus do not stack in 1 tile.

Civ UA: Soviet Socialism

Buildings in their Campus and Industrial Zone districts yield Culture and Tourism equal to half their intrinsic yield outputs (round down). Build these Districts 33% faster.

Civ UU: Red Army

Soviet unique Infantry unit. +5 Strength when fighting in or adjacent to its home territory. Requires 2 less Maintenance.

Civ UD: Naukograd

Receive 50 Science per the Appeal of a tile when replacing a Farm with this district. Yields +2 Great Scientist Points and additional yields from adjacent Districts. +15% Production toward Space Race projects (this does not stack with multiple Naukograds in the same city). Replaces the Neighborhood.

Leader UU: T-54

Soviet unique unit that replaces the Tank when Khruchshev is their leader. Move ignore hills. Can move after attack.

Leader Agenda: Kitchen Debate

Likes being high in Science and Culture, and strongly likes civilizations that have a same government. Despises civilizations that have a different government. Lightly likes civilizations that high in Happiness.
