KMFS BB Bismarck
After a crippling defeat during the Battle for the Iral Sea, the Fleugsmarine has pressed their newest dreadnought into service. Christened “KMFS Bismarck”, he is the largest warship ever developed for the Fleugsmarine and will serve as the core of the battlegroup, ensuring all future engagements will be decisively victorious.
Slightly shorter than the Hood, he is undoubtedly more massive, being wider and taller, and with extremely powerful engines, can match the speed of the hood for short bursts, albeit with a lower cruising speed. His huge empennage; aggressively profiled to invoke the style of the bygone Zeppelins, enables excellent maneuverability for a ship of its size. Coupled with the power of a Better Future booster package concealed aft of the superstructure allows him to reach speeds of 75 mph and his powerful hovers allow him to operate at 90 feet above any terrain!
The Bismarck’s real strength lies in his survivability however, having 1.5x the power capacity of the Hood in a ship of similar length allows the Bismarck’s shielding to last hours, and when under sustained fire the concentrated power of stacked repair bubbles insure that detonations are kept to an absolute minimum, and combat effectiveness is at its maximum. Layers of Hawkeye Fort Armor (the strongest block in terms of health vs size), protect the vital interior of the ship and ensure that not even the strongest splash damage hits will get past the shielding.
His offensive might is equally as lethal, the wide but compact turrets allow for weapon stacking, in turn permitting more weapons to be placed on the superstructure. This allows for an impressive array of Hawkeye Cruise Missiles to compliment his feared Hawkeye Battleship Cannons and aid significantly in the brutal subjugation of enemies, both massive and miniscule. He also boasts an effective direct attack anti-aircraft defense composed of several upward-facing Venture Avalanche Missile Launchers, as well as a flanking row of them along each side of the hull as to quickly deal with threats from below.
As he is meant to be the centerpiece of a world-class navy, his capabilities don’t come without a hefty price tag; $7.2M BB. This means he is more expensive than even the Iowa, which he can match on equal terms. With that price however, you gain access to one of the mightiest airships the skies have ever seen! P.S. I have made it even easier for the GSO Fuel Gauge to be removed, allowing the Bismarck to be functional in Multiplayer! Just remove the Hawkeye Four Block at the front of the bridge, allowing for simple extraction of the gauge.
There also is a KMFS Tirpitz available with no tail fins for those who prefer the pure naval aesthetic!
