Silent Justice – Tanoa

The sequel of Silent Justice Altis

This mission is the same mission as on the Altis map that I now have ported over to Tanoa. The main differences in the New Tanoa version is that it contains less Opfor AI than in the Altis version, mainly because the infantry combat is a tat harder on dense jungle terrain and you will be fighting at closer range. The mission also contains some randomized AI patrols that is different with every playthrough(WIP). All the Altis props has been replaced with the new Tanoa versions and also the opfor AI and the playable team has been updated to the new Tanoa units. And of course everything takes place on the new Tanoa map with new locations to explore. I have kept the weapon loudout of the Altis map (MK18 SD) because I personally like that weapon for stealthy missions. Unfortunately Apex does not include a camo version of the the MK18, but thats just a minor detail.

Description:
You are a NATO elite Spec-Ops team that needs to save the day and needs to do it ‘Swift’, ‘Silent’, and ‘Deadly’. This mission is designed for real coop engagement in a military tactical way. Though also playable in SP (if you manage/babysit your AI team properly). Because most of the Opfor AI only uses flashlights they will not be super accurate and their skills are set to a balanced level, so for the ones complaining about over accurate AI, you will like this mission.

Briefing:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Yesterday a NATO chopper was shot down over the west coast of Altis Tanoa by the Iranian forces. The chopper was transporting a high ranking officer that had ‘top secret’ documents with him. We can not let the Iranian Command get a hold of these very sensitive files, we need them back ASAP.

According to our intel both the pilot and the officer are alive and being held captive. We do not know the location of where they are being held, but according to our intel there is an Iranian officer at a millitary depot that has a laptop with him that contains intel about the hostages location.

We want your team to head out there and retrieve the laptop from the depot. After you have extracted the laptop data and know the location of the hostages you need to advance to their location and free them. Make sure you have the secret documents with you before you leave the AO. Your primary task is to retrieve the files. Do not mess this up!

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:
Further intel shows that the Iranians have new experimental chemical agents in their possession. The agents are being transported in 3 seperate suitcases and are somewhere located within the AO. The secret Service was able to place tracer beacons on the suitcases so that you are able to track them down if you are with in 250 meters of a suitcase. If you can retrieve them all and bring them back to HQ then we can analyze the chemichal agents. (seacrh for camp sites and checkpoint)

Notes:
– On player request I have added respawn. Do note that you will not respawn with your original stealth gear ( backpack, belt, weapons, …grab it back from your dead body).
– Playing the mission as SP can be done in online mode and thus have the benefit of respawn, just select and play the mission from the MP list.
– If you are picky about fatique you can drop some magazines and things like smoke and chem lights. The mission has still the Altis loadout, but you will probably only use 10 magazines max for this mission if you don’t play it as Rambo.
– Skipping the secondary objective and thus leaving opfor units alive can result in the extraction chopper being taken out by those Opfor units that you kept alive. Remember that you have to be extracted from a hostile AO with persistent Opfor AI on the map.
