Description:

Mod gives 10 loyalty points per turn for Dark Elves and Skavens.
VAMPIRE COAST factions are BROKEN , at least with THIS MOD , becayse they CANNOT GAIN OR LOSE "Loyalty points" even If I set them to gain loyal points (at least for me).
