UPDATE 29.03.2021: updated to latest DLC "Fates Divided"

Lex Zeiner’s GLORIOUS mod – Unlock all units for custom battle

Removes all restrictions and enables all units for all characters in custom battle, across all factions.

You will still need to select level 3 for your commander. So level 1 and 2 restrictions still apply.

This also works in multiplayer custom battles.

Doesn’t require owning DLCs but you won’t have access to DLC characters.
