HaREM: Heirs and Rulers Education Mod for CRW
The way to do so, is simple but not too simple: invest corresponding monarchpoints and some time into training and your ruler or your heir will improve his/her skills. The higher the traininglevel, the higher the costs and longer the training. Education of heirs is cheaper then training of adult rulers.
But choose wisely: if your heir dies before he/she becomes the new ruler the invested points are waste. The same occurs for the ruler, if he/she dies or pretenders claim the throne before the invested points are recharged.
Republics and theocraties cannot invest into heirs, so only the ruler improvements are available. The same for elective Monarchies. "Primitive" governments get some extra restrictions to prevent from wasting too much points – such rulers tend to die often before the age of 45 and heirs will not become ruler, if they are underaged.

Q: It is only compatible for CRW?
A:For the moment yes, maybe i can make it without the CRW model.
