Adds the Transfurred Empire lead by Dr. K from the furry game Changed.
Conquering cities spawns 3 latex creatures. All animal resources produce +1 science and production. Start with 2 latex creatures.
Standalone Unit. Spawns another latex creature and heals fully on kill. Strength scales with era. Yields science on kill. Fully unlocks at plastics and requires a laboratory to be created.
Replaces the national college. +75% science in the city it is built in. 2 slots for greats work of art, and comes with a prebuilt work.
