NPC Killer
Use this with extreme caution! This useable tool makes a NPC nearby you commit suicide. It only ever kills off one NPC at a click,
for security reasons. Usually NPC’s in areas like the outpost will respawn after killed. Also there are certain NPC’s you can’t
kill (for whose this tool wasn’t intended to anyways).
You can build it at the Anvil, in the last tab for 2000 Pixels. (again that expensive for security reasons)
Otherwise you can use Tabula Rasa or spawn it with "npckiller".
Might not work with mods that still use old npc files, currently the only confirmed one is "Active Stealth Module v1.62"
