What does this Mod do?
This mod adds a building to the Industrial Zone called Steel Mill, it is unlocked by Industrialization tech.
This building gives +3 Production per turn to the city it is built in when complete, It also gives +1 Production and +1 Gold to Iron Tiles, and +1 Science and +1 Gold to Coal Tiles.
