Celestial Hurricanum for Southern Realms
This mod must be put in front of the TEB mod and hurricanum mod in the mod launcher !!!!! Make it in topper order !!
If not , you will get a game crash !!

Just add the celestial hurricanum to Tilea / Estalia / Border Princes , both in custom battle and campaign , recruited in the mage building.
If empire can build this , Southern Realms should also have the ability to build this.
