2. 16-этажный дом на 96 квартир (192 рабочих).
Весь комплекс рассчитан на 246 квартир.
Здание модульное, состоит из двух частей, но вы можете строить как хотите, независимо друг от друга. Это было сделано из-за игровой механики, так как угловое здание не позволяет ничего строить во дворе.
Жилой комплекс состоит из четырех этапов строительства:
1 очередь: угловой дом №1 переменной этажности (25-9-9-16) на 352 квартиры;
2 очередь: угловой дом №2 переменной этажности (25-16) на 246 квартир;
3 очередь: дом № 3 (17 этажей) на 246 квартир;
4 очередь: угловой дом №4 переменной этажности (25-16) на 246 квартир.
