Start up

1. Turn on main electric switch (MES)
2. Turn on engine switch (hotkey 1)
3. Press and hold starter button (hotkey 2)
4. Increase throttle (W/S)

Ready for taxi / take off

Also, roll is automatic in mouse control mode. You can switch it to A/D by toggling following option:
