Strategy Overhaul Bridge: Light Strategy Overhaul
Intended to let Covert Infiltration’s core systems work as intended while keeping stuff I like from LSO. (Or in one case, mixing the two together).
Shuts off heat-based sitreps of Lightweight Strategy Overhaul and disables research techs for reducing heat in a random continent. Also limits the benefits of a soldier adviser in a continent to additional turns on the mission timer only that scale based on soldier rank.
You gain heat reduction as an additional reward from activity chains involving raiding supply convoys and downing UFOs. There’s also now a rare activity chain dedicated to removing heat when applicable.
The emergency mission for hitting max heat in a continent still occurs.
Benefits from other types of advisers are unchanged.
Penalties to supplies gained from a continent, and a chance of gaining negative traits for doing covert actions in a continent with high levels of heat still happen.
