Vanilla Blood effects boring?
No problem i got you covered!
The blood effect may cure you well.
-Reflective blood textures (Bump-maps with a secret formula)
-Soaking bullet wounds (with reflection and strong bump-mapping full parallax)
-Blood spray
-Sprayable blood on all surfaces
-Blood Particle physics based
-New form of blood trailing/pooling (Thanks mysterac!)
-Blood Textures for human are dynamic!
-Added Exit wounds!
-added better light and reflection support (Mrao technique)
-Added blood dripping from ceilings
-Bloodpools (bloodpool_max_size and bloodpool_min_size convars)
Fun part is …. more will come with the updates and improvements.

2. OPEN THE FILE AND DRAG THE TWO FOLDERS(BIN AND SHADERS) IN C:sTEAMsteamappscommonGarrysModgarrysmod. now play the mod and enjoy(MAKE A BACKUP OF THE BIN FOLDER!!)
side notes: Performance will be fixed, enable "Keep Corpses"!
