The Forge: Vanguard’s Pride
I spent way too much time with this. Now you might think this is just a regular sword with fancy combos as always, and you’d be correct, but this sword also have a very interesting alt fire.
This mod adds a new weapon: Vanguard’s Pride, featuring
- An energyblade with a 13-hit combo.
- Capable of performing plasma blade barrages.
- NEW! This weapon is now upgradable!
Craftable with a manipulator anvil by combining a ferozium staff and a violium broadsword.
Known issues:
- When first crafted, the charge animation loops plays. Not sure how to fix this since I haven’t seen anyone made something like this with the charge effect.
- For some reasons casting spells might not work depending on what ground type you’re standing on. Not sure what’s up with this, jumping to cast is a temporary fix. I’ll have to look into this one. Fixed
This is in no shape or form, a finished mod, therefore, future plans:
- Fix bugs if there are any
- Balance the sword
- Compatibility patches for Chaika’s RPG mod DONE!
- Something I should mention but I forgot :/
What’s this "Forge" thing?
It’s a mini-series of weapons and stuff that I plan on working. We do have a discord server[discord.gg] for those whom are interested.
