Description:

By default, the vassal income cap is very easy to hit in TWH3 at 25,000.

I hit this with just having Cathay conquered as Nakai.

It was increased to 999,999 in TWH2, but this change didn’t make it to 3.

This mod fixes that

This can be installed mid-campaign
