Hey you maniacs and murderers, you heard it right – I’m back making blood mods. I’ve got a few lined up that I’ll be releasing periodically, as well as an unreleased script I made that causes blood decals to be placed in multiple directions when shooting an NPC. That way, they don’t have to be standing right in front of a wall to actually bleed onto a surface. Some of you spotted it in my demo videos and I’ve made you wait long enough, so it will be publicly available in the near future.
As for this blood mod, It’s sort of a collection of various decals I’ve come across over the years. It’s been so long that I’ve actually forgotten where most come from, but I put them all together to create what’s possibly my favorite blood addon thus far. The decals are in 1024×1024, you likely will not see me release anything with a higher resolution than that because 4K decals just look awkward on 2007 Source Engine textures.
