Coptic and Syriac cultures (Byzantine Restoration)
Restore the Christian populations of Egypt and the Levant.
Under Christian rulers, Egyptian provinces of Christian religion and Arab culture will become Coptic, ending Arab influence in Egypt. As Christianity spreads again in Egypt, so will Coptic culture spread with it. Similarly, if Christianity rules again the formerly Roman East, Syriac populations will return to the fore.
If the rulers are Christians of the local Arab culture they will themselves reject the Arab influence and adopt the resurging populations’ culture.
Additionally, all the territories of the Eastern Mediterranean get appropriately Greek names if ruled by Greeks. Egypt will also restore its Coptic/Greek names if ruled by Copts.
Copts use Byzantine portraits with East African clothes, so the Reaper’s Due Content Pack is required for it to function correctly. Syriacs use Persian portraits, or Byzantine ones if the appropriate pack isn’t available.
Spanish localisation included.
