Description:

This patches the issue with vehicle recycling leaving behind vehicles.

NOTE: This is a bug with project zomboid, which I have reported here: https://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php?/topic/56247-4171-vehicleremove-client-command-is-admin-only-now/

Since this is a patch to vehicle recycling the original mod is required, hopefully the devs can add a anticheat that allows these sort of mods to work again.
