Cheaper Titles
Reduce the cost AND the prestige of creating/destroying titles by an order of magnitude (50 vs 500 for a kingdom, for example)
If they can be magically created on your death, they should DEFINITELY NOT be expensive while you’re alive.
Touches defines.txt and so is not Achievement-safe.
Note: The "Create new Kingdom" decision is NOT touched by this, and unless someone really needs that in their life, i’m probably going to leave that as-is
