The 3rd Dragoons
-The 3rd Dragoons, later the 1st KPA Mounted Rifles, was one of a handful of divisions assigned to guard the Kopultri Capital of Tuchurests and unrest gripped the country. They were one of the first units to come under abste influence, and they were the first to join the revolution. They were among those who stormed the Walled Palace, and the unit would be retained for years to come.
Battlegroup Rudeltsii
-Battlegroup Rudeltsii, named for its commanding officer, comprised the men of several encircled units at Kortsil, and was responsible for the defence thereof. Equipped with new KPA uniforms but lacking much equipment beyond captured equipment issued to their formerly quiet front they were ill-prepared to say the least, but Battlegroup Rudeltsii fought on until its destruction at the hands of enclosing coalition forces.
The 1st Regiment of House Guard
-The House Guard, dressed in the uniforms of the simply serf levy soldiers, fought hard to defend the House they were created many years ago to guard. Wiped out in the end, the unit’s image was invoked by many for years to come as one of the more heroic, if hopeless, last stands in Everatan history.
8th Assault Division
-The 8th was a unit hastily formed from surviving members of various Dragon Guard units from the Legion of the Four Headed Dragon as they fled their mountain stronghold in late 922. By mid 923, however, bolstered by Velitali equipment, the 8th has successfully become an effective fighting force for the Legion, and was one among any to receive evacuation at the battle of Shomuhrgin in 925.
