Alpha’s Specialist and Sniper Rework for WOTC
This mod adds a third skill tree to both the sniper and the specialist. The sniper tree is called Marksman, and the Specialist tree is called Support. This mod is meant to be used alongside my other Modded Classes.
It also in the XcomClassData Config Disables the grenadier and ranger class since I do not use them because some of my modded classes replace their uses/jobs (Fuze/Heavy Gunner replace the Grenadier, and Hunter/Marauder replace the ranger). If you want to still use the grenadier and ranger feel free to place a ; in front of the below things.

Marksman Tree
corporal: Snapshot-Take a shot after moving with the Sniper Rifle with a -20 Aim and -10 Critical Chance Penalty.
sergeant: Precision Shot-Take a special shot with +25 bonus to critical chance and 33% bonus critical damage. 4-turn cooldown.
lieutenant: Concentration-Your grazing shots are automatically upgraded to normal hits.
captain: Disarming Shot-Take a special shot that disables an enemy’s weapon. 3-turn cooldown.
major: Sniper Elite-Removes squadsight penalties.
colonel: Surgical Precision-Reduces aim penalties from cover by half. Does not apply to reaction fire.
Support Tree
corporal: Botnet-While active, standard shots from all allies before next turn lower their target’s hack defense.
sergeant: Rescue Protocol-Use your Gremlin to grant a movement action to an ally.
lieutenant: Predator-Grants bonus aim and critical chance against enemies that are flanked or out of cover.
captain: Watch Them Run-After throwing or launching a grenade, you will automatically enter overwatch.
major: Immunize-Your GREMLIN flies to an ally, granting them immunity to damage until the beginning of next turn.
colonel: Resupply-Refill the primary weapon ammo of all allies.
