I highly recommend using Ozy’s Big Smoke VP to complete him.

(the fact i released this on april fools day is pure coincidence i swear lol)

-Big Smoke from GTA San Andreas as a fully fledged squadmate, for males only (obviously) and with faction hero support. Find his body in the Torso section, and his Head under Race 1/African.
