Description:

Adds the new leader Sejong to the game as an alternate leader for Korea.

Plays best with Antagonise’s Korea Rework.

Ability: Hall of Worthies
Receive 1 Governor Title after constructing the Government Plaza, and after constructing a Seowon for the first time. Receive a burst of Science and Great Scientist Points each time a scientific building or wonder is constructed in the Capital.

Agenda: Gongbeob
Likes civilizations that possess a high number of Governors, dislikes those who do not.
