custom pocketed actives [REP]
Allows you to pick a custom pocketed active item for most characters by using Chifilly’s Mod Config Menu. This will remove the default active item of all characters except Bethany (as a pocketed Book of Virtues is kinda messy), for as long as their settings are ON in the mod config menu that is.
Doesn’t support Jacob and Esau because they bug out heavily with Pocketed Items for some reason.
Doesn’t support Tainted Characters that already have a Pocketed Active (and Tainted Forgotten due to Recall) due to some bugs of the custom pocketed active item getting infinite charges.
Supports Eden and Tainted Eden, but they’ll lose their starting active item for some reason if you use this mod with them, even though I didn’t really code the mod to do that.
Supports Bethany, but will give her the Bookworm transformation instantly if you give her a book. Also, book of virtues will lose its charges at the start of the run, though it will recharge normally afterwards.
Works perfectly fine with my Custom Starting Items mod, but you should NOT put the same active item on both mods, or things will get messy.
Also, don’t try putting a passive item on your pocketed active item slot, things will get messy real quick.
Lastly, when you’re setting up the pocketed active of a given character, make sure that you’re either playing with a DIFFERENT character, or that the settings for the character you’re changing the pocketed item for are OFF during the custom pocket item choosing process. Things will get messy real quick otherwise.
