Free Passives (No Basemod)
Use as many passives as you want! An alternative to UnlimitedPassives but without Basemod
– All passives are free (0 cost)
– Can have up to 18 passives (From 9)
– Attributed passives do not disappear if you remove the attributed keypage
– Can apply the same passive to multiple keypages
A port of ‘Free Passives’ on nexusmods by Alektro3000 with some parts from UnlimitedPassives (or rather that’s what the mod is mostly like)
