No Residential Wood Upkeep
Since the wood upkeep feels way too high at the moment I made this little mod to remove some of it. Who needs that much wood to repair his house anyways.
Note : This only removes the upkeep of Laborers Residences and nothing else, so there still is a need for wood, just less.
