Amtrak Acela Phase IV
This is a repaint of the default Speedance Express into Amtrak Phase IV paint.
It was actually inspired by the Acela contest on the Railroad Paintshop website from 1999.
Right after the Amtrak EP5 I did, I started work on this and it took a long ass time. Like I almost didn’t release it twice.
It’s finished now tho
