Why does her armor have scaling prot?
This is do to her condition as a jiangshi, typically they have rigor mortis hence the hopping, this was translated also to maker her tougher and to add to her tank style of play
The Royal venom trinket causes the debuffs appear on her?
This is some of the jankyness of Darkest Dungeon, she is unaffected by it but it appears to be some sort of alert.
