IR Laser for Sidearms

This mod adds an IR laser attachment that should be compatible with any pistol that can fit the pistol flashlight attachment.
Uses the same model as the flashlight, but emits an IR laser.
May be updated in future to use the ACE3 visible laser toggle – this feature is still WIP.
