Always War Mod
Mod makes that you declare war on every independent neighbor. The winner vassalizes the loser.
You can also switch automatic declaring wars to "manual". Then you are the one who chooses when to start total war!
The game is similiar to battle royale then, because nations like HRE declares war on weaker nations using Always War casus belli.
