Old Toy!
This mod adds a rare new item named Old Toy to the Boss Room (and Silver Treasure Room) pool!
The Old Toy is a quality 4 item that gives a black heart, a 20% tear delay down and a +25% damage multiplier. It also makes all Mom bosses take 33% more damage! (Mom, Mom’s Heart/It Lives, Beast, Mother)
The mod has EID support and it’s very own costume.
