On [REDACTED] the Foundation saw fit to create a new Mobile Task Force (OMEGA) composed of various staff members of the Foundation. Reports from Agents [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] have indicated abnormal behavior in the city of [REDACTED], United States. Investigations led Foundation personnel to the headquarters of a previously unknown cult called [REDACTED], where they quickly secured the site. A Mobile Tasks Force managed to secure the site suffering heavy casualties as the cultists were armed with weaponry far to advance for their resources. Later discovered was a portal that seems to lead to [REDACTED] on the very rim of existence. The OMEGA Mobile Task Force has been founded to explore the Rimworld, investigating what lies beyond.
