Submarine SSI
Description
This mission spawns the SSI Submarine assembled right outside the docks. Please keep in mind that you cannot pass between the sections yet, I have not gotten to that part yet and I basically releasing this as a WIP because I will be gone for 3 weeks and wont be able to do any work on SSI vehicles.
