Dragon-Knights of Bretonnia
Fictional story about the mod:
"Once upon a time, a questing knight named Alais de Bastonne went to the lands of the Knights of Caledor in search of the holy grail of the Lady of the Lake.
But he was not to find what he was looking for, for fate had something else planned for him. On the paths of an ancient trail, he found the destiny he was destined for. A high elf women named Aethis lay badly wounded at the knight’s feet. Despite the loathing the high elves felt for the Bretons, Alais did not hesitate to help the high elf and thus save her life.
Amazed by this selfless act and after a successful healing, Aethis invited Alais to her home and let him rest there. Alais’ duty called the next morning and he wanted to continue his search for the grail, but something prevented him. It was Aethis. He liked being with her and Aethis liked it when Alais was with her. So he decided to stay with her and they became lovers. They had three children and together they founded the House of the Knightly Dragon Riders of Bastonne. The house grew over the centuries and the descendants of the house taught to fly on the back of dragons like their elven relatives and to live according to the chivalric values of the Bretons."
Hello and welcome to my first mod 🙂
This mod provides the Breton faction with a new unit of Dragon Knights. They are included in the custom battle as well as in the campaign. Should also be available in multiplayer. You can recruit them in the Breton Stables level 5.
Attention: Blacksmith level 2 is required for recruitment!!!
For the stats, I used the Sun Dragon of the High Elves as a guide.
The unit descriptions are written in German !!!!
I’ve only been modding for a few days so apologies if there are still some bugs or balance issues in the mod. I am very motivated to keep learning and try to fix reported mod bugs and take suggestions into account. I will also upload more mods in the future. So stay tuned.
