Form French Kingdom – FFK

This mod which allow you to form French kingdom, under Bourbon dynasty, is more a flag/color switch than anything else. There’s no changes in ideas and traditions, I kept the same as France and the country is still called "France". I decided to change Austria’s color as well to "golden yellow" just like in some other games, as Empire Total War. It make a better difference to the eye than keeping Austria in white while France becoming white as well …
Conditions :
-Controling Paris
-No war or regency
-Owning 20 european provinces with french culture
Effects :
-Adds 20 prestige
-Adds 200 DIP, 200 ADM and 200 MIL
-Flag and color changes
-Set government on monarchy
-Set government on rank 2 (Kingdom)
This mod is compatible with Extended Timeline, and it works in English and French.
