Description:

Allows to change some game settings beyond their allowed values:
– Town and industry density
– Industry spawning and closure parameters

These settings will override any normal settings you set.

Default game settings, for reference:

• Towns: Max number per km² : 0.2
• Towns: Allow in rough terrain : false
• Industries: Max number per km² : 0.8
• Industries: Absolute minimum : 5
• Industries: Max number per km² (target) : 0.8 (in-game values: 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0)
• Make initial streets : true
• Industries: Enable Spawn : false (true if "closure frequency" is not "none")
• Industries: Spawn Target Timespan : 50y
• Industries: Spawn probability exponent : 3.0
• Industries: Closure Countdown Timespan : 2y
• Industries: Closure Probability exponent : 1 (in game values: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4)
