Dread 4 All
Gives dread fo everyone, adds some icons and gives wounded traits after tortures. Also makes lowborns easier to imprison by applying the AI refusal is treason modifier to them. Lowers Torture cooldown to 365 days.
Incompatible with other mods that modifies prison_interactions , prison_effects and modifies the torture, castrate or blinding characters interactions in any way.
Easy to adjust to ones own liking since i use script_values for this so you can easily go into that folder and put in values to your own liking.
