All Roles Are Capable
Quick patch to make all Ideology roles capable of all jobs. However, a given pawn may still be incapable of a job type for some other reason. Needs Ideology to work properly, obviously.
Disclaimer: This does not make any roles give 20 in all stats, that’s a leftover thing from when i was getting a screenshot to use as a thumbnail.
