Arma Commander: Battle for Zargabad
Designed for and best played in PvP (Supports up to 4v4) but also supports coop and singleplayer. A 45 minute battle for the city and it’s outskirts.
As the nation of Takistan and it’s authoritarian regime further crumbles as oil prices fall due to the global economic downturn of 2035, the Royal Palace has welcomed The Russian Federation to take full control of military operations in the region in exchange for a trade deal that ensures Takistan will exclusively trade its oil to Russia.
The guerrilla forces known as the Independent Liberty Army (ILA) has taken massive military gains in the past few years of turmoil against the Royal Army, but are still reeling from significant losses in recent battles against the Russian Armed Forces. They are backed by the CIA and receive many western style weapons, despite having shady links to the defunct terrorist group ISIS. While being a mix of guerrillas, freedom fighters, and radicalized nationalists, they remain together in their common goal of a free Takistan.
Russia now faces the first of many ILA strongholds, this one particular in the once regional capital of Zargabad. A victory here for either side will be a symbolic moment, showing off their strength and perseverance.
