If you elder or above in your sect, when you open Sect UI and there’s a candidate that has cultivation realm appropriate for your current sect area, you will get a pop up to recruit this person.
Each recruitment cost Sect Contribution or Spirit Stone.
Event can only occur once a month in each area.
