Saffron
The spellcasting scientist from One Step From Eden steps into the world of Aether! An official collaboration between Rose Petals and the team of One Step From Eden.
Utilize the number of spells at your disposal, while balancing your mana, to overwhelm your opponent. Use her mobility to duck and weave between the opponent’s attacks! Keep opponents out with her arsenal of ranged and disjointed attacks!
As of 5/4/21, there are currently 12 spells: Thunder, Bomb Toss, Pekay Fire, Empower Ring, Ragnarok, Guillotine, Echo, Knockdown, Crossfire, Explosion, Tri-Shot, and Wonder.
Jab – Field Bracer:
Unlike traditional jabs, Saffron can move while you are holding down the attack button. This move does no damage but it quickly increases your mana.
FStrong – M4 Manafire
Saffron can charge the M4 Manafire to create a powerful projectile. It does cost mana, so charge responsibly!
NSpecial – Cast:
Saffron enters a state where she can cast spells, so long as she has the mana available. You can cancel this move by parrying, rolling, jumping, or taunting.
DSpecial – Reload:
Saffron shuffles her deck of spells, gaining access to new spells at the price of being vulnerable.
