Hero cap increase
As simple as it gets gives a flat +90 cap for all heroes for all factions. no it isnt balanced at all its just for people that wanna play around with heroes without trying to min max hero caps, anyways should be compatible with most mods and ofc vanilla. im currently playing it with sfo and have no trouble with it.
