The Lost for Ultra Hard
Replaces Ultra Hard’s starting character with The Lost.
Contrary to what some may think, giving the hardest challenge in the game the (arguably) second hardest character actually makes this challenge a bit easier. Lost can take a hit each and every room (remember that there are NO health drops in Ultra Hard which means Isaac can’t ♥♥♥♥ up more than a few times, while Lost has the leisure to ♥♥♥♥ up once every room), doesn’t give a ♥♥♥♥ about heart drops anyways, and can use the Eternal D6 to reroll unhelpful items. Free devil deals are a nice bonus too.
If you’re struggling with this challenge but don’t want to resort to SAM, console commands, or using cheat mods, this might make Ultra Hard slightly more bearable.
