Description:
Take a Break!

This system gives your settlement a Battle Break time, and control over managing when random monster camps and invasions appear.
Sir Beacon arrives to gift some special flags to the settlement. They are used to manage which invasions can appear, by being a signal that you are Battle Ready.

  • Battle Ready Standard: If placed, it allows random monster invasions and spawning.
  • Goblin and Orc War Ready Standard: If placed, it allows invasions from Goblin or Orc War camps.

Anytime a break from battle is desired, just pull out the flag that allows a type of invasion.

Utility

A new game of any difficulty mode can be started:
Placing, or storing, the standard flags will give more control over periods of being invaded. So when there is a battle, it will be a challenge, especially if using a very hard mode! And then, a rest and build phase can continue, if needed.

Multiplayer: if only one person places the flags down, they will be the only target of invasions, so it can cut back on too many battles when it feels overwhelming. Different players can take turns with who will get invasions, by storing, or placing down the flags. Or everyone can have a break, its up to you!

Limitations

Some battles can’t be stopped with this system:
Storyline specific invasions will still appear, (eg. Ogo’s invasion)
Final boss battle events will still appear
Wandering Undead on foggy weather days will still appear
Custom mod invasions which create their own campaign will still appear, (eg. Candledark mod)
