Allows you bind a custom key using CBA to use a "quick release buckle" with your backpack.
Using CBA keybinds ACE3 functions.

REQUIREMENTS

CBA_A3 – 3.8.0 – CBA Team
ACE3 – 3.12.3 – ACE Team
