Poison & sword: a murder mod
Updated for 1.7.2
Compability issues: no problem until mods modify murder traits or murder scheme.
You can choose to poison or kill by sword.
In version 1 of this mod u can:
Choose between 2 murder schemes.
Poison and Stab will have 2 differents Max success chance and secret value: poison will be less effective but it will be more difficult to find out the murderer.
Now courtiers are less impactful. Success chance given by courtiers intrigue is no moure doubled (stop with this dangerous guests)
Now herbalist and witch will be really usefull: these traits will give more success chance (only) in poison schemes 😀
Murderer and kinslayer are traits no one cares in ck3. Now opinion malus will be more impactful.
In this mod, at least for the first version, there arent new events but I have selected poisoning vanilla events for poison schemes and violent killing for stab scheme.
For children, incapables and captives in future versions new events will be added. Right now it would be impossible to divide between two cases because they are so few. So it’s possible for children to have poisoning death for stab schemes.
This is a weekend mod. I have tested it but if there are bugs let me know.
AI uses old murder scheme. No point to make something different.
I’m not so familiar with graphics tools. If this mod will be appreciated, I hope to find other modders to work together and make something more interesting with UI, implement more magic for fun and arsenic production for Dynamic trade routes MOD for historic purpose.
