Floor Perfection
Clearing all rooms on a floor without getting hit will yield you a nice bonus!
Angel/Devil rooms, alt floor entrances, crawlspaces, ultra secret rooms, and other bonus rooms etc do not count.
All challenge rooms need to be completed. This includes boss challenge rooms. All secret rooms must be found.
Self-damage (like cursed room spike, sacrificial room, beggar, kamikaze etc.) does not count as taking damage (though few self damage items may have slipped by and will count). Hitting yourself with for example ipecac counts as damage.
Unintentionally works in Greed mode, which is fair.
Does not count in Ascent and Home.

30% – 2-3 Soul Hearts
10% – Angel/Devil Item
10% – fart
