The famous dream demon from Gravity Falls is now ready to wreak havoc in Aether! He may not be a full-on powerhouse, but he’s got a large swathe of tricks to punish foes for their mistakes and mix them up.
Neutral Special: Eyeball Sentry
Bill summons a winged eyeball that acts like a trap, stunning foes if they get too close. Pressing Neutral Special while one is out will have it go forwards, or in any other direction if you flick a direction before commanding it.
Side Special: Finger Laser
Bill does his favorite combat tool, a laser shot from his finger. This move acts somewhat like Princess Remedy’s Aerial Strong in Slap City, being a midranged laser that deals much more damage and knockback at the tip. This move can also be angled up and down!
Up Special: Entering the Mind
Bill does a simple-ish teleport, ending in a hover stance that he can attack out of. Pressing special again after teleporting will let him teleport again! He can also stun foes while teleporting.
Down Special: Wierdness Bubble
Bill spawns a slow-moving projectile that launches foes directly towards Bill. It’s not like an angle or anything, it will launch the foe towards Bill, even if Bill moved.
